NEW HAIR POLICIES

Price may vary according to length and volume of hair, and pricing will vary from stylist to stylist in accordance to education and experience level. For specific pricing for a stylist, please visit our online booking.

We kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel or modify your Appointment with less than 48 hours notice it is considered a "Late cancellation"
Late cancellations will be subjected to a fee of 30 % of the total cost for your scheduled appointment.
All guests who late cancel or do not show up for their scheduled appointment, may be required to leave a $100 deposit for one of their future services. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation within the requested 48 hour time frame.

Color services include a complimentary quick dry from one of our salon apprentices. If you would like more of a finished style, we recommended scheduling a blow dry styling appointment with stylists. ( $40 for blowdry after color)

Single process color is just what you’d imagine—a hair coloring process that can be achieved in a single step. This can be anything from an all-over permanent hair color, to one step process to cover stubborn grays

A double process color is referring to two coloring services done in a single visit to achieve your desired outcome. This includes a hair color followed by a gloss or glaze.

Highlights are often the introduction to hair coloring, since they enhance your hair by adding streaks that are a shade or two lighter than your natural color. They look the most dynamic when the stylist uses at least two different shades.

Perm

A normal perm, or "cold perm," leaves you with kinky to medium curls and makes the wave most prominent when the hair is wet, and loose when it is dry. To get the best results, you should use hair products like setting lotion, mousse, and finesse curly hair products to make the curls stand out.

Digital Perm/ Straightening / Volume Perm / Root Straightening

Digital perm, also known as a hot perm, produces big, soft curls that are more defined when the hair is dry.
A straight/volume perm is a chemical treatment that straightens natural curls and add volume on your hair.
A root straightening is a touchup for straightening perm after your natural curls grow out on your root.
